Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is run by Toby Cunliffe, trading as Wingman Toby (wing foil coaching). If you have any questions about your information, email wingmantoby@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Mailing list: your first name, last name and email address.
• Bookings: clinics are booked through partner platforms (such as Sailia, 2XS, Solution Cornwall or Club Vass), which have their own privacy policies.
• Website statistics: anonymous visitor numbers (pages viewed, country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, and — only if you’ve joined the mailing list — to send you news about upcoming clinics, kit and coaching. We never sell your information.

Our legal basis is your consent (mailing list) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages you send us.

Who processes it

Form messages are delivered to our email inbox using FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers only process your information to provide their service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe — just reply “unsubscribe” or email us and we’ll remove you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing wingmantoby@gmail.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Affiliate links

Some product links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer may use cookies to track the referral — see their own privacy policy.
