Beginners
You'll be learning the basics and building confidence on the water. No prior experience is required for this level, just a willingness to learn.​Focus: fundamentals, safety and enjoyment.

Intermediates
You'll have experience and independence but want better technique and consistency.​​Focus: Refinement and progression.

Advanced
You're technically strong and looking for marginal gains, increased precision and tactical awareness.​​​Focus: High level performance and decision making.
