The day

Morning · Flat water

Gear set-up and tuning, going upwind, gybes and tacks, foot placement and using footstraps.

Afternoon · Open sea

Gear set-up for the sea, launching and landing safely, riding in chop, catching your first waves and choosing the right front wing.

Who it's for

If you're into winging and want to progress, this one-day clinic is ideal. You'll need to be up on the foil and able to stay upwind. Already gybing and tacking well? Toby will introduce more advanced transitions and tweak what you already know — and the same goes for the open sea session.

Feedback

Video and picture feedback through the day, so you can see exactly what you're doing and what to change.

Kit

Bring your own gear, including a winter wetsuit, helmet, impact vest, gloves and hood. Or hire foil kit from 2XS at 50% off the day rate — Duotone and KT kit is available, but pre-book it to guarantee gear on the day.
